All orders require a signed estimate and a 50% deposit to guarantee pricing and begin work on your order. Once your order has been completed the balance is due in full at the time of pickup, delivery, or installation. Payment terms granted by Mixed Media before the project begins are the ONLY exception to this policy.
We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Since we begin the design & production process immediately after you place your order with us we do not allow any order cancellations on custom products. On any stock products and accessories, your order can be canceled any time prior to it being picked up or shipped.
All artwork if created by Mixed Media Concepts, LLC is owned solely by the company until rights are purchased by the client.
